This notice explains what this website stores on your device, what it measures and how you can change your choice. Please read it with our Privacy Policy.
The only cookie this website sets is for our own staff, when a member of our team signs in to the staff area of the site. It’s never set for visitors.

What Cloudflare does whatever you choose
Our website is hosted by Cloudflare. To deliver and protect the site, Cloudflare handles every request to it at its network and produces overall traffic figures for us from them, such as the number of requests. This doesn’t use cookies or store anything on your device, and it isn’t affected by your choice about analytics.
Booking a call
After you send the Book a call form, you go to Fantastical (fantastical.app), an external booking service, to choose a time. Fantastical is a separate website with its own cookies, covered by its own policies rather than this notice. We pass your name, email address, phone number and company name and number to Fantastical so you don’t have to type them again.
Our record of your choice
When you make or change a choice, we keep a record of it: the random ID from your browser, the date and time, your choices and the version of the cookie message. It doesn’t include your IP address or anything else that identifies you. Records can’t be changed once saved. They’re deleted after 24 months, and backups are kept for up to 30 days after that.
Your choice
We use analytics only to understand how the site is used and to improve it. It’s on unless you switch it off, and you can change your mind at any time. If analytics has already started on the page you’re viewing, switching it off takes effect from the next page you open.
Analytics needs JavaScript, so it doesn’t run while JavaScript is switched off in your browser.
Changes to this notice
If we start using other cookies or tools, such as for marketing, we’ll update this notice and ask for your choice before they’re used. If you have questions, please email us at dpo@rdreliance.com.
